Introduction: Adrenal Cancer

A rare cancer of the adrenal glands. The usually aggressive cancer causes overproduction of adrenal hormones. This cancer usually occurs in young adults. The cause is often unknown but is sometimes linked to certain hereditary diseases.

Symptoms of Adrenal Cancer

• Adrenal dysfunction
• Asymptomatic in early stages
• Excessive fat on top of back - excess corticosteroids
• Increased libido - excess corticosteroids
• Loss of scalp hair - excess corticosteroids
