Types of Anthrax

• Cutaneous Anthrax - Usually non-fatal with treatment; about 95% of cases.
• Pulmonary Anthrax - lung anthrax; inhalation anthrax. Can be fatal.
• Gastrointestinal Anthrax - death in 25% to 60% of cases
