Azoospermia

Azoospermia: Introduction

Complete lack of sperm in the ejaculate. In some cases (eg blockage or absence of duct) the testes do actually produce sperm but it is not ejaculated and in other cases (hormonal problems, varicocele) there is no sperm production. Treatment can restore fertility in some cases.
