As with any disease, the accurate diagnosis of Lymphoma is crucial to providing the best, most effective treatment for each individual patient. At the 42nd annual meeting of the American Society of Hematology in December, there was a lot of talk about something called a gene chip -- or DNA microarray analysis -- which has recently been used to diagnose Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
