Basilar Migraine
Introduction: Basilar Migraine
A form of migraine variant occurring mostly in adolescent girls or young women where the headache is associated with other symptoms such as ataxia, tinnitus, nausea, diplopia, syncope and dizziness.
Symptoms of Basilar Migraine
- Dizziness
- Vertigo
- Light-headedness
- Fainting
- Transient double vision and other vision disturbances
