Bundle branches make up the heart electrical system and coordinates contractions of the heart muscles. When one of the branches of the bundle becomes damaged or diseased, it stops sending electrical signals i.e. it becomes blocked. Problems in the electrical signals can be detected on an electrocardiogram and can be a sign of relatively benign or serious heart problems.
