Classic childhood ALD

Classic childhood ALD: Introduction

A form of adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) that occurs in boys. ALD is a serious progressive, genetic disorder where the adrenal gland becomes wasted and ceases to function normally which leads to progressively severe symptoms.
