Common Conditions: Introduction

Any medical condition that occurs frequently in the general population. Examples of common conditions include the common cold, flu, asthma, allergy, diarrhea, acne, head lice and headaches. Obviously different population groups will vary with respect to what may be considered common conditions for their particular population group. For example headaches may be common in adults but not in infants.
