  • Symptomatic relief: antacid preparations
  • Anti-acid medications: "Proton-Pump" inhibitors (eg omeprazole, lansoprazole), H2 antagonists (eg ranitidine, cimetidine)
  • Eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection: oral antibiotics, proton pump inhibitor
