Male Breast Cancer: Introduction

A small percentage of cases of breast cancer occur in males. Men have a small amount of breast tissue, which is not subject to the varying hormonal fluctuations as in women. But nevertheless, this breast tissue can become cancerous and result in a breast tissue tumor in men. See also breast cancer (in women) for more details.
