Jockitch

Jockitch: Possibly a misspelling of medical term jock itch.

Jockitch: Another name for Tinea cruris.

Jockitch (condition): Red, scaly rash in groin and upper thigh area; usually found in men and due to fungal infection

Jockitch (condition): A fungal infection of the groin which causes an itchy rash. The infection is contagious and the risk is increased by wearing tight-fitting or damp underwear. The condition is more prevalent in warm, humid climates. Tinea cruris is more common in males and often results from spread of a fungal foot infection e.g. through use of towels to dry both areas. The condition is not considered serious and is readily treatable.
