Acrokeratosis paraneoplastica of Bazex: A syndrome combining major characteristics of the nevoid basal-cell carcinoma syndrome (qv) with follicular atrophoderma, hypotrichosis, hypohidrosis, and minor skin defects. Some patients are retarded.
