Aziridine (medical condition): Some evidence indicates that exposure to Aziridine has a possible link to an increased risk of developing cancer in humans. The carcinogenicity of the substance may be influenced by the duration and level of exposure. Aziridine is used mainly in industrial settings in the production of certain polymers. The chemical produced liver and lung tumors in rats who had oral exposure to the chemical.
