Fibroleiomyoma: A leiomyoma containing nonneoplastic collagenous fibrous tissue, which may make the tumor hard; fibroleiomyoma usually arises in the myometrium, and the proportion of fibrous tissue increases with age. SYN: fibroid (3), leiomyofibroma.
