Health education: educating patients and the public in areas of health concern; do not confuse with the education of health care personnel, such as physicians, dentists, etc, see appropriate terms under HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL EDUCATION; however, for the narrower terms, the training of medical personnel about those fields is included and may be postcoordinated with a health care personnel education term, ie neoplasm /cancer education may be postcoordinated with medical education.
