Klinger disease: multisystem disease chiefly affecting males, characterized by necrotizing granulomatous vasculitis involving the upper and lower respiratory tracts, glomerulonephritis, and variable degrees of systemic small vessel vasculitis; considered an aberrant hypersensitivity reaction to an unknown antigen.
