Lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh: [TA] arises from the lumbar plexus, conveying fibers from the second and third lumbar nerves, supplies the skin of the anterolateral and lateral surfaces of the thigh. SYN: nervus cutaneus femoris lateralis [TA], lateral femoral cutaneous nerve*.
