Description of Minicore-multicore myopathy

Minicore-multicore myopathy: an uncommon nonprogressive myopathy with early onset, proximal weakness, and hypotonia. Muscle fibers show focal defects of oxidative and myofibrillar adenosine triphosphatase enzymes with disorganization of myofibril ultrastructure.
