MPS VII Sly syndrome (medical condition): A rare inherited biochemical disorder characterized by the accumulation of mucopolysaccharides (glycosaminoglycans) in various body tissues due to insufficient amounts of the enzyme (beta-glucuronidase) needed to break it down.
