Olivocochlear tract: [TA] fibers that originate from the periolivary nuclei bilaterally, exit the brianstem on the vestibular nerve, join the cochlear nerve in the inner ear, and terminate on outer hair cells. SYN: tractus olivocochlearis [TA], bundle of Rasmussen.
