Orotidylic pyrophosphorylase and orotidylic decarboxylase deficiency (medical condition): A rare metabolic disorder where deficiency of two enzymes (orotidylic pyrophosphorylase and orotidylic decarboxylase) which impairs the body's ability to break down orotic acid which then builds up in the body where it can cause damage.
