3 year old permanently damaged by wrong diagnosis of Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever

A physician diagnosed a 3 year old girl as suffering from a virus. She was taken to another doctor for a second opinion but it was too late. She lapsed into a coma. She actually had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and now lives with permanent damages such as lack of speech and muscular dystrophy. Her father is suing for damages.
