82 million yen compensation awarded after Japanese man dies from blood loss

A Japanese Court has ruled that the Japanese Red Cross pay 82 million yen compensation to the family of a 72 year old may who died in hospital. It is alleged his death in 2000 occurred from blood loss when an artery was punctured during an arterial sclerosis procedure.
