A negligence suit has been filed after a woman was wrongly diagnosed with HIV in 1995. She suffered severe emotional trauma from the diagnosis and found out that she wasn’t HIV positive 7 years later. She is deeply upset that she has lost 7 years of her life believing she had a terminal illness. She is suing for $20 million.
