The parents of a teenage girl are trying to bring action against a doctor who operated on the girl’s left kidney instead of her right kidney. Tests had shown that the girl had a cortical calculus in her right kidney but the doctor accidentally operated on the right one. The doctor then allegedly destroyed all records that evidenced his mistake and is refusing to assist the family in any way.
