Good carbohydrates mean good diet



A study done on mice show that a low glycaemic diet is great news for health. Low sugar foods are more filling and less likely to cause weight increase. It is a good alternative to the Atkins diet which attempts to remove all carbohydrates. Foods with a high glycaemic index are white bread, refined breakfast cereals and concentrated sugar.
