A new diet drug called Accomplia claims to assist weight loss and reduce cravings. It also claims to increase good cholesterol levels and decrease bad cholesterol levels. However, many experts are cautious and emphasise that little is known about the side effects of this drug. Early findings suggest that it may cause some neuropsychiatric side effects such as depression.
