Nurse sued over morphine mistake

The estate of a woman who died after experiencing heart trouble due to a medical error where a nurse gave her an injection of morphine is suing the nurse and medical facility who provided care. The woman presented to the medical centre after falling and was discharged after her examination was clear and sent home with a prescription. A doctor never ordered the morphine that was administered by the nurse who claimed that he suffers from a medical condition which caused the blunder.
