Omega 3 may be the key to unlock postnatal depression

Australian researchers are investigating the potency of Omega 3 as a potential medication for post natal depression. They believe that babies tend to use up the mother’s Omega 3 levels and this leads to depression. They will test Omega 3 levels in blood of pregnant women and new mothers and also breast milk.
