Sleep problems may be linked to mental illness



Experts state that sleep problems are frequently associated with mental illness but it is not normally recognized as a symptom of mental illness. This can lead to a later diagnosis and later treatment. Anyone suffering from racing thoughts, restlessness, irritability, sadness and mood swings for more than two weeks should see their doctor.
