Two sisters face different prognosis due to late diagnosis

A young woman receives compensation for doctors failing to diagnose her hip condition (hip joints out of sockets) early enough. She wasn’t diagnosed until two whereas her sister was diagnosed at birth and treated. Early treatment would have perhaps prevented arthritis and the requirement of an early hip replacement.
