Diabetes UK believes that there are up to 1 million people suffering from undiagnosed diabetes. Doctors are not detecting many sufferers as they are not presenting with any symptoms. Complications of undiagnosed diabetes include heart disease, stroke, sight loss and maybe limb amputation.
