Oppositional Defiant Disorder

Oppositional Defiant Disorder: Introduction

A type of disruptive behavior disorder characterized by repeated defiance, hostility, disobedience and negative behavior towards people in authority. Oppositional behavior and defiance can be normal for children and teenagers at various stages of development but it becomes a concern when it is frequent and consistent. It can be a major factor in juvenile delinquency.
