Anterior Sacroiliac Ligament: The anterior sacroiliac ligament is one ligament in a group of pelvis ligaments. The anterior sacroiliac ligament consists of connective tissue that attaches the sacrum to the ileum and binds, protects, and stabilizes the pelvis and sacroiliac joint.
