Physical conditions: Introduction

The category of physical conditions usually includes all disorders that arise from the body rather than the mind. Thus, physical conditions exclude psychological and psychiatric conditions such as mental illness, emotional disorders, personality disorders, etc., but do typically include neurological disorders or brain disorders that arise from the physical processes of nerves and brains.
