Spotted fevers

Spotted fevers: Introduction

Spotted fever may refer to a group of fevers of similar causes, typically tick-borne rickettsial fevers with a characteristic rash. It may also be used in common usage to refer to Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, or one of the other spotted fevers, depending on context and location of usage.
