Wrist fracture
Wrist fracture: Introduction
A break or crack in one or more bones in the wrist. The wrist is the joint between the forearm and the hands. There are two main types of wrist fractures: Colles' fracture which is a break in the forearm near the wrist or a scaphoid fracture which is a break in the small wrist bone called the scaphoid.
